Vegetable-forward, flavour first

At El Tenedor Restaurant Bar, we love cooking with vegetables. They bring colour, texture, freshness, nutrition and incredible flavour to the plate, which is why they play such an important role in our menu.

But we are not a vegetarian restaurant.

Our menu includes vegetable-led dishes alongside thoughtfully prepared fish, seafood and meat, all inspired by Spanish and French cooking. Whether the main ingredient is a vegetable, fish or beef, we use the same approach: seasonal ingredients, balanced flavours, thoughtful preparation and plenty of personality.

We cook with vegetables because they are good for you and because they are delicious, not because we believe they should replace everything else.

Whenever possible, we work with local ingredients and prepare our dishes from scratch.

For us, good food should feel generous, comforting, vibrant and satisfying, while still being thoughtful about what goes on the plate.

Tenedor is a cozy, chef-driven restaurant designed for slow evenings, conversation, and connection.

Our intimate dining room seats 10–12 guests, with a small seasonal patio for 8 guests during warmer months. We cook and serve our guests personally, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that feels closer to a European neighbourhood wine bar than a traditional restaurant.

Because we prepare most dishes fresh each day in limited quantities, reservations and reservation confirmations help us reduce waste and offer the best possible experience.
