Q: Do I need to make a reservation at El Tenedor Cafe?

A: We appreciate reservations so we can better prepare for your visit. Book here, call us or go to Opentable.

Q: Do you have on-site parking?

A: We strongly suggest you to walk, take a cab or TTC instead of driving. If you insists you could find street parking on McMurrich Street or paid parking on the 25 of the same street .

Q: Can you accommodate allergies?

A: Our menu is varied and we hope you could find a suitable alternative to your needs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific allergies.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Also, we are unable to accept cash.

Q: How do I purchase a gift card?

A: You can purchase our gift cards in our shop online.

Q: How can I make a booking for a large group?

A: You can send us an email in our contact page and select the event option in our contact us form. We will get back to you with an date for a booking based on capacity. You are always welcome to book the whole cafe for your party.

Q: What does vegetable-forward mean?
Vegetables lead the plate, with fish and meat available as balanced options.

Q: Is mindful dining only for vegetarians?
Not at all. Mindful dining is about how food makes you feel, not strict rules.

Q: Do you offer healthier desserts?
Yes. We bake in-house using wholegrain/alternative flours and sweeten with maple syrup, honey, or cane sugar instead of refined sugar.

Q: Do you have drinks that pair with mindful food?
Yes. Natural wines and house-fermented drinks are chosen to complement vegetable-forward dishes.
