The Role
We’re hiring a Hybrid Prep Cook & Customer Service team member who will rotate between back-of-house prep and front-of-house drinks service. This is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about healthy lifestyles and exceptional customer experiences.
We will train the right fit — if you have the passion, customer focus, and team spirit we’re looking for, we’ll teach you everything else you need to know.
What You’ll Do
Prep Cook (BOH):
- Handle mise en place, prep lists, and station setup/breakdown
- Follow recipes with precision — portioning, labelling, FIFO
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and pace during service
Customer Service (FOH):
- Prepare drinks with care and attention to detail
- Provide friendly, guest-focused service and handle POS transactions
- Learn our menu inside-out and suggest pairings (we’ll train you on basic wine recommendations)
- Keep the bar stocked, tidy, and support light food prep as needed

Requirements
Must Have:
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Valid Food Handler certification
- Full-time availability Tuesday to Saturday
- Comfortable switching between FOH and BOH as scheduled
Nice to Have:
- Basic customer service experience (hospitality or retail background is a plus)
